Riva Insolent – White Bittersweet

Riva Diciannove Trentatré Insolent food dressing is a white sweet-and-sour from Modena made from a balanced blend of wine vinegar and a selection of grape musts typical of Emilia Romagna. Excellent sweet-and-sour condiment with a clear color and fruity fragrance. Aging in ash barrels gives it a subtle and refined vanilla note that delights the palate from the first taste. Fresh and fruity in flavor, it is ideal for adding a special touch to salmon dishes, as well as on vegetables and fresh cheeses. It is also perfect in combination with sushi.
