Thus, purchases made by resellers or parties who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties are excluded.<\/li><li>Upon receipt, the goods will be examined for damage or tampering, so care is recommended when preparing the package using the original packaging or similar packaging.<\/li><li>To exercise this right, the customer must send us a notice indicating the intention to withdraw from the purchase made, no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods ordered and must send us the goods within an additional 15 days.<\/li><li>Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure for executing the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must send an e-mail to info@contini1933.it containing a statement that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, giving all the required information:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Order number and date of order<\/li><li>Invoice number<\/li><li>The list of products subject to withdrawal (identifying each item with the item number)<\/li><li>Your bank details (IBAN code)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then you must wait for a communication from our Customer Service Department authorizing the return.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon receiving such notice, you will need to return the returned goods within an additional 15 days to:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Riva 1933 Srl<br\/>Via Fiume 55, 38066 &#8211; Riva del Garda (TN) &#8211; Italy<br\/>Tel. +39 3477534471<br\/>E-mail: info@contini1933.it<br\/>VAT. 01542690225 &#8211; REA: TN 147257<br\/>Cap.
