In its aromatic profile, the fruity and spicy families dominate, as is natural in grappas of long aging and high quality. In the fruity range, the precious note of dried fruit prevails, which is rare to find so sharply: candied fruit, prunes, raisins, combine with softer hints of jam, fruit in syrup and citrus fruits.
