Grappa of “Barolo 12 years old”

Extremely clear amber in color, this grappa is very smooth on the palate without being cloying. In its aromatic profile, the fruity and spicy families dominate, as is natural in grappas of long aging and high quality. In the fruity range, the precious note of dried fruit prevails, which is rare to find so sharply: candied fruit, prunes, raisins, combine with softer hints of jam, fruit in syrup and citrus fruits. In the spicy range, the barricade scent dominates, going hand in hand with pepper, licorice, cloves and tobacco.
