Description: Very dense and dark amber in color, it is the combination of honeydew from Spruce and Beech expertly collected by bees along with nectar from wild flowers at high altitudes:
- On thenose, a strong aroma of ripe fruit with resinous and smoky notes characterize it.
- The palate has medium sweetness with notes of caramel and barley malt.
Pairing: We recommend it for breakfast combined with natural yogurt and fresh fruit, or paired with Trentino grana cheese. Excellent as a sweetener in filter coffee. In cooking as an ingredient to lacquer sweet and sour vegetables or to enrich prolonged cooking of game meats.
