Order Processing Time
It is important to us to ship your order quickly. Our store is able to fulfill a large amount of orders to ensure you have a minimal wait. All orders that are placed by 11 a.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and pre-holidays) are given to the courier company on the same day. For orders that are placed after 11:00 a.m., we cannot guarantee same-day departure, but they will be shipped by the first non-holiday following day. All orders paid by Bank Transfer will be shipped after actual crediting.

Delivery time
Our products are shipped all over Italy by most important and reliable national express couriers. It will be our task to entrust the shipment to the most suitable courier to accomplish a speedy delivery depending on the destination. Throughout Italy, average delivery times are around 24/48 hours. These values are absolutely indicative and may change during holiday periods and/or depending on the destination to be reached.
We are not responsible under any circumstances for delays attributable to the carrier.
