Preèra is a medium intense fruity oil decisive and enveloping:

On thenose it releases immediate sensations of freshly mowed grass.
On the palate, the persistence of spiciness with notes reminiscent of black pepper characterize it.

Production region: Italy

Pairing: We recommend pairing it with well-structured dishes, legume soups, pumpkin velouté, barbecued meat, tomato bruschetta and on typical yellow polenta.
