Lumaconi ai 5 sapori is an artisanal product of durum wheat semolina from Italy. The different coloring of the pasta is obtained naturally, without the addition of dyes, but only with ingredients from nature: spinach, chard, tomato and turmeric. Lumaconi, thanks to their shape and rough surface, are well suited to both light vegetable-based sauces and more full-bodied condiments such as meat sauces. Ideal when used for pasta dishes but also excellent as an impressive side dish to all main courses or as an ingredient in mixed salads and hot and cold one-dish meals.
