Obtained by Bain-marie distillation in discontinuous stills of the fine pomace typical of Amarone della Valpolicella (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara). The Master Distiller carefully follows the evolution of the blend over time, checking scents and aromas until a unique balance is achieved.
