Jars Chardonnay

Distilleria Marzadro.
Single-varietal grappa with a fine, elegant aroma and an intense, dry taste. Obtained from the Bain-Marie distillation of Chardonnay pomace in a discontinuous still, it is aged for a period of at least 36 months in small 225-liter oak barrels, during which the Master Distiller carefully monitors the evolution of the blend, checking scents and aromas, until a unique balance is achieved.
