Distilleria Marzadro.
“Full Proof” grappa, characterized by the full and original alcohol content of 55% vol. Obtained by Bain-marie distillation in a discontinuous still. Giare Origine encapsulates all the essence of the distillate, expressing on the nose notes of great elegance reminiscent of cocoa and roasted coffee. On the palate we find sweeter notes that carry the scent of chocolate and vanilla. In the finish, pleasant roasted notes re-emerge. The Master Distiller carefully follows the evolution of the blend over time, checking scents and aromas until a unique balance is achieved.
