Contini Amarone and Moscato Grappa

Grappa di Amarone e Moscato is an amber-colored grappa from Trentino, aged in small barriques of fine cherry wood that give it a delicate, velvety taste. Soft on the palate but with great personality, it is made using marc from Moscato and Amarone grapes. The discontinuous steam distillation process helps to preserve its extraordinary quality. For optimal enhancement of its qualities, this typical grappa from Riva del Garda should be served at a natural temperature in large glasses. All its organoleptic characteristics and its gradation (40% vol.) make it suitable as a conclusion to a good dinner of fish and tasty cheeses.
