La Trentina – Soft Aged Grappa Barrique

Grappa created to express the utmost smoothness of a distillate, created by careful distillation in a discontinuous steam still of the pomace of Moscato, Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer. The region’s typical grape varieties, the region’s temperature range and the resulting aromas give unique and distinct organoleptic qualities. The Trentina Morbida Barrique is then aged for a few months in barrels previously used to age Le Diciotto Lune Stravecchia Grappa, becoming even more “gentle” and velvety. A tribute of the Marzadro Family to the land where they live.
