Grappa of “Barolo 9 years old”

Extremely clear amber in color, this grappa is very smooth from its high of 50 proof. Its aromatic complex is extraordinarily broad and articulate, with a predominance of the fruity range, which allows one to perceive an exceptional variety and completeness: from dried fruits to cooked and syrupy fruits to prunes and raisins. This combination is joined by a floral that gives definitely on the honey notes. Another distinguishing feature, given the long aging, is also the spicy range, dominated by the hint of wood from the barrique, which gives the distillate scents of cinnamon, tobacco and licorice, with a vanilla background.
