Nocciolino is an excellent liqueur with a typical autumn taste and high digestive power. Among the best-known typical Trentino products, it involves a rather long preparation. In fact, the liqueur is obtained by infusing selected seasonal hazelnuts for a good 10 months. The procedure then continues with light roasting; after which the hazelnuts are crushed and then added to a mixture of dried and hand-crushed roots. The result is a perfect combination of aromas and hazelnuts, enhancing traditional flavors. Excellent after meals in coffee. It can also be used in place of sugar to give a special touch to desserts and ice cream.
