Grappa of Barolo

Distilleria Marolo.
Made from the pomace of Nebbiolo da Barolo. It has a deep amber color. It rests for at least four years in small barrels. It has a broad, rich, pronounced bouquet and hints of toasted vanilla. Warm, remarkably full-bodied, with full character.
