This brandy originated in Udine at the Tosolini distillery. From the fragrant, sugary berries comes a must then distilled in steam stills. It is then aged in small cherry wood barrels for several months. It has an elegant taste with hints of underbrush, ripe fruit, plums, blackberries, blueberries and cherries. Delicate and enveloping.
